There were eleven new listings for the week, up from just one the previous week. There were a total of 44 active homes at the end of last week priced between $269,900 and $4,250,000.

Two listings went pending for total of 14 pending listings at the end of the week.

Two homes settled last week for $300,000 and $335,000. These homes were listed in November of 2017 and were on the market for 4 and 27 days. The home that sold for $300,000 was originally listed for $350,000. You would not typically expect such a price difference for a home that was on the market for such a short period of time.

There were no price reductions and one listing was withdrawn from the market last week.
